The Beyer Haus is an exclusive property where every guest's reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in .Gift certificates are non- transferrable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later date up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Rates include evening appetizers with wine/beer, soft drinks, coffee brought to your room and full breakfasts. Breakfast is served from 8 until 9 am or by prior arrangement.
Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, money orders, and cash. The Inn will also accept personal checks.
City and State sales taxes are not included in the room rates and will be added to the bill at time of checkout.
A minimum 2 night stay applies on Holiday and Festival weekends. During our Festival and Special Event weekends there are no refunds given if you should cancel within 10 days of your arrival date. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule.
