Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM, unless prior arrangements are made.

One night's stay paid in advance received within one week of a reservation or a valid credit card number is required as a deposit for our overnight guests.

Should you need to cancel or revise your stay, we require 24-hours notice prior to arrival date. If less than 24-hours notice is given, one night's lodging will be charged for your room.

A full refund if you cancel 10 days prior to arrival. If you should require cancellation within 10 days of your scheduled arrival and we can fill the vacancy, you will receive a gift certificate of your deposit for a future stay.

Rates include evening snacks, soft drinks, wine and full breakfasts.  Breakfast is served from 8 until 9 am or by prior arrangement.

Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, money orders, and cash. The Inn will also accept personal checks.

City and State sales taxes are not included in the room rates and will be added to the bill at time of checkout.

Room rates are per night for one or two persons.

A minimum 2 night stay applies on Holiday and Festival weekends.

The Beyer Haus is a nonsmoking facility with smoking arrangements made outside of the building.

We love our four-legged friends, but we regret that we can't accommodate them at our home.
